For your avid Bible readers (confession-as I typed Siri changed “readers” to “Raiders” today after I watched Monday night football), I challenge you to see something new today as you read something old.
Maybe just try a different version. Maybe just focus on a different verse within a message.
It’s not hard or complicated. Read a Proverbs for example more closely.
What is really wonderful is when you end up reading one verse on a page but “seeing” or “hearing” a different message.
God will direct your mind.
Oh it’s so wonderful.
Listen. Be open.
It’s fascinating.
It’s there.
Sure, you can look for it.
But just “listen” for it.
