Trip with Ezekiel

Gracious.

Brace yourself.

Start with Babylon.

That’s a story in and of itself.

Fascinating.

Did you know Ezekiel was son of Buzi? That’s right.

Again, great cat names. Maybe I will finally go to the Asian (?) cat island.

Ezekiel refers to four living beings.

Each with different human faces. Wow.

It’s a bit hard to follow. Or should I say hard to swallow?

Ezekiel in current time is a cowboy. You know…with the Dallas Cowboys. That’s cool.

This is what we are told that Ezekiel saw——(1:15) This highly polished bronze vehicle landed on the earth with these four creatures. Wow.

The Voice (to Ezekiel):

(not Blake, Gwen, Kelly and John) :

Ezekiel 3. The Bible says:

Son of man, eat what you find here—consume the scroll you see before you. Then go and preach to the people of Israel.

So I opened my mouth, and He fed me the scroll.

The Voice: Son of man, swallow this scroll I am giving you, and let it fill your stomach.

So I ate it, and these words of God tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth.

Ezekiel is often seen as completely rebellious.

The name Ezekiel means “God strengthens.” God makes Ezekiel strong enough to face many challenges and accomplish his mission, but his strength is no match for God’s.

Remember there’s that sweet scroll.

Stay tuned. More is coming.

Breakfast is ready!

Godspeed
