It’s interesting to look back on at Bible interpretation.
I John tells us that I John ‘s interpretation is different than my old interpretation.
It’s a beautiful book.
As a child my interpretation of the Bible was quite loose. It was used technically as “use it or lose it”. That’s crazy and sad to me today. I trust in the the Lord. I’m not hung up on a literal interpretation.
The Lord provides. My old interpretation of the Bible assumed if the Bible differed from us at all we were dammed. That’s crazy. God loves us completely. What a blessing. Come Jesus. Let us always bless Him.
There is no reason to doubt. Embrace Him. Seize his glory. Share His love.

I John tells us “God is light, and there is no darkness in him at all”.
And—For the darkness is disappearing, and the true light is already shining.
And—anyone who does what pleases God will live forever.
Since we know that Christ is righteous, we also know that all who do what is right are God’s children.
This is the message always heard: we should love one another.
And:
Dear children, keep away from anything that might take away God’s place in your hearts.
